Senior FP&A Controller position at Richemont in Geneva. Lead financial planning and analysis for multinational luxury organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities across assigned business units or functions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards to senior management
- Manage relationships with operational stakeholders to gather data and validate financial assumptions
- Support budget planning and strategic initiative evaluation
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS accounting standards
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance roles, preferably within a multinational organization, luxury goods group, or complex business environment. Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining financial models, managing forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an asset.
