Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Senior FP&A Controller in Geneva to manage HR and FTE consolidation, financial forecasting, and regional business partnering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage worldwide consolidation of FTEs and personnel costs for quarterly rolling forecasts, budgets, and three-year plans, including guidelines, driver analysis, projection realism validation, and market estimate challenges
- Ensure accurate planning and reporting coordination with HQ, Group Finance, and Regional teams
- Analyze monthly reporting data against expectations and define controlling KPIs
- Oversee data entry in Richemont financial systems and communicate FTE-related Group Financial guidelines to HR counterparts; participate in Maison dashboard, workflow, and tools evolution
- Monitor remuneration scheme changes and their financial impact
- Execute KPI and bonus simulations
- Provide business partnership support to one designated region across all financial cycles, investment requests, and business risk and opportunity assessment
