Richemont Senior Finance & Accounting Project Manager in Paris — lead transformational financial initiatives for the global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting transformation projects, from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business units
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance against approved forecasts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of financial systems and processes
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays or budget overruns
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and governance committees
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's governance frameworks and financial controls standards throughout all project phases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale finance and accounting projects within a regulated environment
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or project management roles, with at least 5 years leading large-scale transformation projects within luxury goods, financial services, or similarly complex organizations. Proven experience managing cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly valued.
