Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting transformation projects, from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business units
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance against approved forecasts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of financial systems and processes
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays or budget overruns
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and governance committees
• Ensure compliance with Richemont's governance frameworks and financial controls standards throughout all project phases

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale finance and accounting projects within a regulated environment
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or project management roles, with at least 5 years leading large-scale transformation projects within luxury goods, financial services, or similarly complex organizations. Proven experience managing cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly valued.
