Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Senior Exhibition Project Manager in Paris to lead heritage and institutional exhibitions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and implementation of heritage and institutional exhibitions from inception to completion
- Serve as primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders including curators, cultural institutions, design agencies, and consultants
- Analyze and respond to exhibition proposals and requests received by the Maison
- Manage collection logistics and ensure proper handling and security of heritage pieces
- Maintain relationships with curators, cultural institutions, and exhibition designers throughout project lifecycle
- Attend exhibition installations to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards
- Monitor cultural market trends and competitive exhibition activities in the luxury heritage sector
Qualifications
- Significant professional experience in a similar exhibition management or cultural project role
- Strong knowledge of and passion for the artistic, cultural, and institutional sectors
- Excellent organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools
