Richemont seeks a Senior Events Project Manager in Paris to lead luxury brand events and corporate experiences with strategic vision and flawless execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic conception and execution of marquee events, including boutique openings, product launches, and VIP client experiences
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining strict alignment with brand guidelines and luxury positioning
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, retail, creative) and external vendors (AV, catering, design, production) to deliver flawless execution
- Oversee venue selection, logistics, staffing, and on-site management to ensure each event reflects the brand's heritage and prestige
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather stakeholder feedback, and implement continuous improvements for future events
- Develop and maintain relationships with key venue partners, suppliers, and event production companies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of events management or project management experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end brand environments
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic event planning, end-to-end project coordination, and vendor management
- Proven ability to manage multi-faceted, high-budget events with attention to detail and quality
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Experience in luxury or premium brand positioning and understanding of high-net-worth clientele expectations

Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in events management, project management, or related fields, with proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale events in luxury or premium brand environments. Experience managing P&L responsibility and working within complex organizational structures is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or events management (CEM) are advantageous.
