Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute employer brand projects aligned with Richemont’s EVP and talent acquisition objectives across France and key markets.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, budgeting, agency and vendor management, production and deployment.
  • Design integrated recruitment marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, events and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Corporate Communications and maison marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity.
  • Develop content and creative briefs; oversee production of employer-brand assets (video, editorial, social, website) and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders; recommend optimization based on analytics.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and change communications; act as the primary point of contact for employer-brand initiatives in France.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local employment regulations in all employer-brand communications and activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal communications or talent marketing, with demonstrable project leadership.
  • Proven experience working with creative agencies and managing multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally at corporate and local levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent editorial judgment and proven experience producing or directing content for employer-brand channels.
  • Fluency in French and professional command of English; excellent written and verbal communication in both languages.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business or similar; advanced degree or specialised training in employer branding, marketing or internal communications is an advantage.
