Richemont seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst in Dubai to lead strategic total rewards programs across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and benchmarking of compensation structures against market data and competitor intelligence
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational strategy and local regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain compensation models and documentation to support equitable pay practices
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on total rewards initiatives and organizational cost management
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in compensation and benefits practices
- Conduct regular compensation reviews and analyses to support talent retention and acquisition strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation metrics and program effectiveness for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or total rewards management
- Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Strong understanding of UAE and Middle Eastern labor law and employment practices
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a multinational corporate environment or luxury goods conglomerate. Prior experience managing compensation programs in the UAE or broader Middle Eastern region is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
