Richemont Senior Compensation Analyst (Fixed-Term) | Dubai, UAE. Lead compensation strategy projects across MEIAT region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy a comprehensive, advanced Excel-based simulation module in collaboration with Commercial and Data Analytics teams for detailed individual-level analysis of current and proposed compensation models
- Act as dedicated Project Manager for all simulation activities, overseeing planning, execution, and cross-functional liaison with HR, Finance, and Commercial teams across the MEIAT region
- Collaborate directly with local market teams to capture operational nuances, gather and validate data, and integrate the tool into regional processes while ensuring alignment across UAE, KSA, India, Türkiye, and South Africa
- Generate concise, actionable reports and compelling presentations detailing the impacts of proposed compensation structures to inform Executive Committee decision-making
- Maintain the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, VBA, pivot tables, and financial simulation design
- Proven experience in financial modeling, data analytics, or commercial project management, preferably within multinational or luxury retail environments
- Solid understanding of compensation analysis, sales incentives, or commission schemes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and resilient with strong ownership mentality and high level of discretion handling confidential information

Experience
Proven experience in financial modeling, data analytics, or commercial project management, preferably within multinational or luxury retail environments. Demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, sales incentives structures, and commission schemes. Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with executive-level exposure.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
