Piaget seeks Senior Commercial Executive for UK maternity cover role driving retail excellence and wholesale growth across London boutiques and strategic partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and coordinate monthly key learnings and closings files with boutique performance data
  • Analyze and evaluate sales performance quantitatively and qualitatively, identifying and addressing gaps
  • Establish and coordinate overall turnover projections by boutique with regular estimate updates
  • Work closely with the High Jewelry Operations department on sales tracking and forecasting
  • Update daily on sales progress and assist with preparation of forecasts and reports
  • Support Brand Manager with Piaget's 3–5 year UK market strategy, including business potential assessment and distribution model review
  • Provide analytical business cases for marketing initiatives including e-commerce performance and product segment analysis
  • Implement Salesforce (The View) to improve client knowledge across regional, boutique, and sales associate levels
  • Manage database insights and monitor consistent clienteling programs with opportunity guidelines and in-store gifting oversight
  • Develop and execute ROI-driven client development strategies in partnership with marketing
  • Plan and deliver customer engagement, recruitment, upgrade, retention, and loyalty strategies
  • Supervise point-of-sale operations to ensure operational efficiency and delivery of premium standards
  • Coordinate boutique and point-of-sale openings or renovations with 360-degree project management
  • Provide feedback to boutique management to enhance operational quality
  • Create and manage purchase orders for retail channels and coordinate payment processing with finance
  • Conduct regular point-of-sale visits to maintain oversight and stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain close relationships with wholesale partners through regular market visits, meetings, and business reviews
  • Coordinate wholesale training initiatives with the training team
  • Define monthly and daily action plans to achieve sales targets through account budgeting and stock proposals to retailers
  • Analyze stock, sell-in, and sell-out data to develop action plans for increasing wholesale sell-out
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual wholesale sales forecasts for business optimization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial roles with proven retail analysis capabilities
  • Track record of managing priorities and delivering quality work under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated presentation ability
  • Commercially and analytically minded with ability to connect data insights to strategic business implications
  • Self-directed and accountable professional approach
