Richemont seeks a Senior Client Experience Manager in Dubai to lead VIP clienteling and elevate omnichannel service for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive client experience and clienteling strategy to deepen lifetime value, retention and wallet share among high-net-worth and core clientele across the region.
  • Lead and coach a cross-functional team of client advisors and clienteling specialists to deliver personalised, omnichannel service and achieve sales and loyalty KPIs.
  • Oversee CRM segmentation, data hygiene and insights—translating client analytics into targeted outreach, bespoke service propositions and measurable campaigns.
  • Design and manage VIP programmes, private appointments, client events and concierge services in collaboration with boutiques, marketing and events teams.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting cadence to monitor client acquisition, conversion, frequency and average transaction value, and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Own client recovery and reputation management processes, ensuring smooth escalation and resolution of high-value client issues.
  • Collaborate with e‑commerce, wholesale and marketing stakeholders to ensure a seamless, brand-consistent experience across channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership track record in luxury retail clienteling or private client management, with demonstrable results driving retention and high-value transactions.
  • Deep understanding of luxury client expectations, HNW client relationship management and etiquette.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to set targets, manage budgets and deliver against sales and loyalty KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; aptitude for mentoring and developing front-line client advisors.
  • Comfortable working across multiple maisons and with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
