Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer contact strategies to communicate product launches, engage prospective clients, and foster new business relationships through targeted sales campaigns
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns; resolve issues promptly and escalate complex matters appropriately to ensure exemplary service standards
  • Establish clear objectives for each client interaction; deliver compelling product presentations using standardized materials and conduct consultative discovery to assess client interests and requirements
  • Identify potential customers through systematic prospecting, client referrals, trade shows, and industry conferences to build a robust pipeline
  • Analyze client needs and recommend optimally configured products with appropriate quantities and specifications; articulate product value propositions and facilitate purchase decisions at standard pricing and terms
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, schedule follow-up activities, and maintain data integrity to support retention strategies and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen external customer relationships, ensure brand consistency, and deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and codes of conduct; seek appropriate authorization for procedural exceptions
