Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service and expert product consultation to discerning clientele
- Drive sales revenue through consultative selling and strategic client relationship management
- Develop and maintain an engaged client portfolio using CRM systems and clienteling best practices
- Mentor and support junior sales staff in maintaining luxury service standards
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives and product displays to maximize appeal and sales conversion
- Represent the brand with sophistication and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship building

- Fluency in Korean and English (Mandarin Chinese a plus)
