Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and unique in-store journey, greeting and acknowledging every client with warmth whilst maintaining outstanding service standards and comprehensive product knowledge across all touchpoints
- Develop and execute personalized client relationship strategies through accurate data capture, proactive follow-up, and participation in in-store and off-site events and networking initiatives
- Demonstrate mastery of the sales ceremony by asking strategic questions, actively listening to client needs, skillfully handling negotiations and objections, and ensuring consistent attainment or exceeding of sales targets
- Communicate with passion and extensive knowledge about the Maison's values, heritage, and codes, delivering detailed descriptions of pieces including construction, materials, design aesthetics, and care requirements
- Promote the uniqueness of the Maison's collections with broad product knowledge and an adaptive approach that resonates with diverse clientele and reinforces brand positioning
- Provide exceptional post-sale client support and recommendations, acting as a knowledgeable referent who embodies Maison values and ensures clients return to the boutique
- Execute daily boutique operations including setup, breakdown, merchandising, display maintenance, inventory management, cycle counts, and compliance with all security and operational policies
- Remain current on industry news and competitive landscape whilst assisting with special projects including price changes and back-office responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
- General knowledge of or demonstrated interest in timepiece movements and luxury watch mechanisms
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and client priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
Experience
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. Demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles with a track record of building and maintaining high-value relationships. General knowledge of timepiece movements and horological concepts is advantageous.
Education
College degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 30 per hour.
