Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.

Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail sales record, preferably within high jewelry, watches or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable experience managing VIP or high-net-worth client portfolios and complex private sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with consistent achievement of sales targets in a boutique or department store environment.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills; able to represent a maison with discretion and professionalism.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
