Richemont is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Las Vegas — drive luxury sales, cultivate VIP relationships and represent Richemont's maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients through proactive outreach, personalised service and tailored clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by maximising conversion, average transaction value and repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional in-boutique experiences including private appointments, product education and presentation of fine watches and jewellery.
  • Manage CRM records and follow up on opportunities, ensuring accurate client data, purchase histories and personalised communications.
  • Provide after-sales support and liaise with service/repair teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests and warranty matters.
  • Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards within the boutique and ensure the secure handling and presentation of high-value stock.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues, modelling best practices in clienteling, product knowledge and store procedures.
  • Comply with internal controls and luxury retail protocols, including cash handling, transaction documentation and loss-prevention measures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-value luxury sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
  • Extensive product knowledge of watches, jewellery or closely related luxury categories; aptitude for learning technical product details.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to cultivate trust with affluent clientele.
  • Confident use of CRM and point-of-sale systems; meticulous attention to client data accuracy and follow-up.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
