Richemont Senior Client Advisor in Jeddah – luxury retail sales leadership role managing high-net-worth clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients, ensuring personalized service and repeat business
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets while maintaining brand integrity and pricing standards
- Mentor and train junior client advisors and retail associates
- Present product collections with expertise, communicating brand heritage and craftsmanship
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal product presentation and stock rotation
- Handle client requests, complaints, and special orders with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain detailed client profiles and preferences using CRM systems to enhance future interactions

Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) minimum; further education in hospitality, business, or luxury management preferred.
