Senior Brand Controller at Richemont Taiwan overseeing FP&A, controllership, and financial strategy for Montblanc, Chloé, and Dunhill.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning processes for Montblanc Taiwan
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, P&L analysis, network simulations, and cash flow projections to support business strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end financial representation for Capital Approval Requests (CARs) related to Maison projects
  • Act as the local controller for the Taiwan market, providing dedicated support to Montblanc, Chloé, and Dunhill teams
  • Collaborate with Regional Controllers and Regional FP&A Manager (Hong Kong) on accounting booking and compliance for Fashion Maisons
  • Provide operational support and expert advice on policy, procedure, compliance, and financial impact to Fashion & Accessories Maisons' retail and wholesale operations
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Taiwan management and commercial teams on business development, boutique performance optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Evaluate financial viability of new projects, investments, and commercial initiatives with data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with regional Finance team and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Retail, Operations, Wholesale) to ensure alignment in financial reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for local and regional stakeholders
  • Drive in-depth analysis of profitability by product category, boutique, channels, and operational expenses
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data in accordance with Richemont Group guidelines and IFRS standards
  • Streamline and automate financial management processes and reporting
  • Identify, define, and drive process and system improvement projects
  • Partner with Finance Digital team on digitalization and data visualization initiatives

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of progressive FP&A or controlling experience in luxury retail, consumer goods, or multinational environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA or ACCA preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with comprehensive understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software (Anaplan)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

Experience
