Richemont seeks Senior Brand Controller in Seoul. Lead FP&A, budgeting, and financial analysis for luxury jewelry and watch brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Construct and monitor brand budgets, latest trends, and cost controls with ongoing financial analysis
- Provide timely financial data and capital investment analysis to inform business decision-making
- Support regional and headquarters offices with localized financial analysis and market insights
- Monitor relevant KPIs and communicate performance metrics to brand management
- Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking boutique productivity and profitability
- Develop and implement standard operating and financial procedures and best practices across brand operations
- Identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities with documented implementation recommendations
- Support strategic development and implementation initiatives
- Optimize cash flows to meet the company's resource allocation requirements
- Lead and present key brand projects and financial figures in FP&A meetings
- Manage ad-hoc FP&A and Finance projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a comprehensive financial role covering Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with continuous improvement orientation
- Solid financial background and strong business acumen
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional business partners
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing)
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting roles within luxury retail or fashion-adjacent sectors, with proven track record in budget management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related financial discipline; CPA or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
