Senior Brand Controller at Richemont in Hong Kong, driving FP&A and financial strategy for Cartier's luxury retail operations across Hong Kong and Macau.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Cartier's Hong Kong and Macau operations
- Develop detailed financial models, P&L analysis, and cash flow projections to support business strategies and initiatives
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to Hong Kong and Macau management and commercial teams on business development, boutique performance, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate financial viability of new projects, investments, and commercial initiatives with clear recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional Finance teams and other departments (Marketing, Retail, Operations) to ensure alignment in financial reporting and processes
- Contribute to market strategy development through robust financial insights, scenario planning, and impact assessments
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for local and regional stakeholders highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive profitability analysis by product category, boutique, channel, and operational expenses to identify improvement areas
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial data and reports in accordance with Group guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to Richemont Group financial policies, IFRS accounting standards, and local Hong Kong and Macau regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or ACCA highly preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or controlling
- Experience within luxury retail, consumer goods, or multinational environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with financial planning software such as Anaplan
- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders

Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in financial planning & analysis or controlling, preferably within luxury retail, consumer goods, or multinational corporate environments. Demonstrated track record of delivering financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making at management level.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is highly preferred.
