Richemont is hiring a Senior Area Manager in Miami to lead multi-boutique retail operations and drive sales across luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance across a cluster of boutiques in the Miami area, driving sales, margin and KPI achievement.
- Coach, develop and hold accountable store managers and retail leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences and personalised clienteling.
- Implement brand and retail strategies locally, ensuring visual merchandising, product presentation and store standards align with maison directives.
- Own operational disciplines including inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandise allocation and loss-prevention protocols.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets and activity reports; analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions.
- Recruit, onboard and retain high-calibre retail talent; design and deliver targeted training programmes to uplift selling skills and product knowledge.
- Act as the primary liaison between boutiques and regional/corporate teams (merchandising, marketing, clienteling, HR) to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and brand governance across all stores in the area.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead multi-unit teams within the luxury retail sector with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in forecasting, P&L awareness and KPI management.
- Outstanding coaching and performance-management skills; experience developing high-potential store leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills with an acute sense of luxury service standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently between stores and work flexible hours including weekends.
