Richemont seeks Senior Anaplan Engineer in Geneva to architect enterprise planning solutions for luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale Anaplan models aligned with Richemont's strategic business requirements
- Develop complex Anaplan applications with advanced formulas, dashboards, and reporting functionalities
- Lead technical design reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers and development teams
- Manage system integrations between Anaplan and complementary enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and user experience across the planning ecosystem
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for Anaplan solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience with Anaplan platform implementation and development
- Advanced proficiency in Anaplan development including blueprints, modules, processes, and scripting
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and system integration architectures
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and mentoring development teams
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and operational planning processes within large organizations
- Proficiency with related technologies (SQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms)
