Van Cleef & Arpels Geneva: Senior Anaplan Engineer role leading planning system implementations and technical architecture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Anaplan projects, from scoping through deployment and post-go-live support, including budget planning and management
- Guarantee alignment between proposed solutions and business requirements, ensuring adherence to organizational strategy and best practices
- Act as ambassador for the planning function, fostering close collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Design and develop Anaplan modules, define technical architecture, establish data flow interactions between modules, and ensure data quality standards
- Support user testing phases and provide comprehensive training and assistance during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the Maison's Anaplan roadmap, curate the internal Anaplan community, and establish technology monitoring and governance practices
- Manage external integrator teams and coordinate their work throughout project execution
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in architecture and model building for planning solutions
- Advanced mastery of Anaplan with strong functional and technical competencies
- Demonstrated expertise in project management with proficiency in Agile methodologies and traditional (V-cycle) development approaches
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with financial data and metrics
- Proactive problem-solving orientation with focus on continuous improvement and optimal solutions
- Organizational discipline, rigor, and attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills

Experience
Solid experience in planning solution architecture, model building, and Anaplan implementation, ideally within a complex, matrix-driven organization or international luxury/conglomerate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional certification in Anaplan or planning systems.
