Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive system support for Workforce Management (WFM) configurations, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system concerns
- Document and report WFM system concerns with clear communication and issue tracking
- Collaborate with WFM system vendors on enhancements, upgrades, and configuration change requirements
- Support boutiques and operational units with WFM system-related concerns, offering guidance and solutions
- Analyze forecast results against actual performance data to identify variances and trends
- Develop insightful analysis and recommendations on forecasts to maximize coverage during peak periods, special events, and promotional activities
- Monitor real-time adherence and performance, recommending intraday adjustments to schedules as needed
- Conduct in-depth analysis of staffing levels and patterns, proposing headcount changes to align with business needs and efficiency goals
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports on WFM performance, staffing levels, and key metrics
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior and regional leadership
- Partner with Process Engineer to modify operational standards and analyze their impact on business performance and staffing requirements
- Contribute to development and refinement of WFM processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in an analytical position, preferably within Workforce Management and retail or similar operational environments
- Proven experience utilizing WFM systems (Verint, Blue Yonder, Legion, or comparable platforms)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented approach with high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences including senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and projects in matrix-based organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach with commitment to supporting operational teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
