Cartier LATAM seeks Senior Analyst for Regional Client Insights & Performance in Coral Gables, FL. Lead CRM analytics, client data strategy, and clienteling performance across luxury boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as regional subject matter expert for client data, CRM platforms, and clienteling performance across all boutiques
  • Own quality, integrity, governance, and evolution of regional client database in partnership with HQ; oversee client reassignment to active sales associates
  • Lead development and optimization of client data KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for boutique and regional leadership teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in client data capture, enrichment, cleansing, segmentation, and compliance aligned with US and LATAM data privacy regulations
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations enabling boutique managers to coach teams and refine strategies
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret client trends, behaviors, and lifecycle patterns to support acquisition, loyalty, and retention initiatives
  • Serve as regional lead on client-related CRM tools and platforms including Looker, Booster, Salesforce, MyClients App, and related analytics environments
  • Establish consistent reporting cadence tracking client engagement, outreach activity, data capture, retention, reactivation, and conversion metrics
  • Support commercial leadership in measuring ROI of client activations, events, and boutique initiatives
  • Lead education and adoption of client data and clienteling best practices across boutiques through training and enablement programs
  • Serve as strategic data liaison across functions—retail operations, marketing, client services, and HQ—ensuring insights inform retail strategy and operational priorities
  • Develop ad-hoc materials and intelligence tools supporting product launches, boutique openings, network development, and strategic projects
  • Partner with key stakeholders to maintain consistency with global reporting standards while ensuring regional relevance and business alignment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in client data, CRM, analytics, clienteling performance, or commercial data-strategy roles
  • Proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights for retail and commercial teams
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms including Looker, Booster, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Eventtia
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success in data visualization and interpretation to extract actionable insights
  • Experience with customer analytics, databases, performance metrics, reporting, campaign management, data quality, and compliance
  • Luxury retail and client-centric retail environment experience strongly preferred

Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
