Richemont seeks a Senior Accountant in Tokyo to lead accounting operations and financial reporting within its luxury retail organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and financial record-keeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
- Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and systems

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or multinational corporate environments preferred.
Education
