Richemont seeks a Senior Accountant in Hong Kong to manage retail finance operations, stock control, and compliance across luxury Houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all stock counts (boutique, office, warehouse), prepare and review monthly stock reports, and resolve operational issues
- Drive streamlining and automation of inventory control processes and reporting
- Act as finance business partner to Maisons and functions, providing insightful analysis and supporting strategic decisions including Omni-channel development and digitalization
- Monitor boutique sales and collections, perform credit card reconciliations, and ensure month-end compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines
- Prepare turnover reports and support internal and external audits
- Conduct analysis and reconciliation of gift certificates and customer deposits
- Coordinate control monitoring for retail and Ecom business processes
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (HKICPA or ACCA qualification preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in inventory, accounting, finance, or retail operations
- Experience with audit and landlord reporting
- Strong data analysis and business sense with proven problem-solving skills
- Commercial and business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP, BI, Power BI, SharePoint, and VBA
- High proficiency in English
