Richemont seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee security and loss prevention across a distribution center, customer call center, trade school, and technical repair center in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role supervises third-party security personnel, maintains security systems, supports investigations and safety initiatives, and conducts training; coverage includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day security operations across supported facilities, with availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and 24/7 coverage.
- Manage and maintain physical security and loss prevention technology and systems.
- Support loss prevention and operational investigations, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including law enforcement and vendors, to investigate, resolve, and identify root causes promptly.
- Lead, manage, and train the third-party security team.
- Lead and support safety programs and initiatives, including crisis response and business continuity for workplace violence and weather disruptions.
- Conduct regular security and safety training for employees, temporary workers, and the third-party security team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or asset protection, preferably in a distribution center, logistics, or multi-site environment.
- Experience supervising or leading third-party contract security personnel.
- Working knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Strong communication, time-management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry at least 30 lbs as needed.
- Spanish proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing, preferred.
