Richemont Security Specialist in Turin, Italy. Full-time role supporting corporate security operations with €35,000–€45,000 annual compensation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Security Manager to define and execute physical and logical security strategies and initiatives
  • Manage and monitor security systems including access control, video surveillance, anti-intrusion systems, and other security devices to ensure proper functioning and maintenance
  • Verify compliance with Group security policies, procedures, and external regulations; plan and execute internal audits and control activities
  • Develop, update, and maintain security procedures, operating instructions, guidelines, and technical documentation
  • Analyze security incidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks
  • Support management of non-conformities and implementation of continuous improvement plans in the security domain
  • Collaborate actively with various business functions and external suppliers to maintain and continuously improve security standards
  • Prepare periodic reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting documentation for the Security Manager
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to physical and organizational security
  • Interface with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining high quality standards

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Legal disciplines, Engineering, or Technical-Scientific disciplines with IT or management orientation
  • Excellent proficiency with information technology tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance, and anti-intrusion systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop procedures, operating instructions, and technical documentation
  • Experience or solid knowledge of internal audit activities and compliance verification
  • Familiarity with management systems, control processes, and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Law, legal disciplines, Engineering, or Technical-Scientific disciplines with IT or management orientation required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 45,000 per annum.
