Richemont is hiring a Security Operations Supervisor in Riyadh — oversee boutique security, loss prevention and incident response for the maison portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily security operations for boutiques, showrooms and corporate premises in Riyadh, ensuring the protection of high-value inventory and people.
- Lead, coach and schedule on-site security staff and contractors; maintain clear duty rosters and performance standards.
- Manage incident response and investigations, including CCTV review, evidence preservation and coordination with local law enforcement where required.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits; develop and implement corrective action plans and loss-prevention measures.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, alarm monitoring and vendor-managed security services to guarantee continuous coverage.
- Develop and deliver staff training on security procedures, emergency protocols, theft prevention and customer-facing security etiquette.
- Maintain accurate security records, daily logs and incident reports; provide regular operational reports to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, internal controls and applicable Saudi regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in security, loss prevention or asset protection (typically 3+ years in a supervisory capacity).
- Experience working in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or other high-value retail environments is strongly preferred.
- Relevant professional certification or training in security management, investigations or crowd/asset protection (e.g., CPP) preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with CCTV, access control, alarm systems and physical security hardware.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet local regulatory or licensing requirements to perform security duties in Saudi Arabia.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in security or loss-prevention roles with at least one year in a supervisory capacity; prior exposure to luxury retail or protection of high-value assets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; tertiary qualification in security management, criminology or a related discipline preferred.
