Richemont seeks an SDP Project Management Assistant in Seoul — junior project support role in digital/product management for a leading luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the SDP Product/Project Manager, ensuring programme timelines and deliverables are tracked and communicated.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, IT, retail and external vendors to facilitate project progress and escalate risks where necessary.
- Maintain and update project documentation: roadmaps, requirements, meeting minutes, action logs and release notes.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning and UAT cycles; prepare test scenarios, document defects and follow through on remediation.
- Prepare concise status reports and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders and assist in post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
- Manage scheduling, logistics and expense reconciliation for project activities, workshops and vendor engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years’ experience supporting product or project management teams, preferably in digital, e‑commerce or retail environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and to translate business requirements into clear project tasks.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise competing deadlines under pressure.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years supporting product or project managers within IT, digital or retail programmes. Prior exposure to e‑commerce projects, ERP or omnichannel initiatives in a luxury or retail context is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
