Scrum Master position at Richemont in Moscavide. Lead agile transformation and facilitate sprint execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor development teams on agile frameworks, ceremonies, and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to sprint execution and team productivity
- Monitor sprint metrics and burndown charts to track progress and flag risks
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlog priorities and manage expectations
- Champion agile culture and facilitate organizational change initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile facilitation role in technology or digital environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and other agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in agile environments, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Scrum Master or agile coach capacity. Experience within luxury retail, technology, or digital transformation contexts is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Moscavide, Lisbon, Portugal, with easy access to Lisbon.
