Richemont Scope & Simplification Manager in Meyrin. Lead organizational transformation and process optimization for New Foundations initiative.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of simplification opportunities across business functions
  • Develop comprehensive scope documentation and change management frameworks
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to define and execute transformation roadmaps
  • Establish metrics and governance structures to track simplification initiatives and their business impact
