Richemont Scope & Simplification Manager in Meyrin. Lead organizational transformation and process optimization for New Foundations initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and prioritization of simplification opportunities across business functions
- Develop comprehensive scope documentation and change management frameworks
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to define and execute transformation roadmaps
- Establish metrics and governance structures to track simplification initiatives and their business impact
- Manage stakeholder communication and change management to ensure smooth adoption of streamlined processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, operations management, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational simplification or restructuring projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in process optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in business transformation, operations optimization, or organizational restructuring roles within luxury goods, consumer goods, or large multinational corporations. Demonstrated success leading multi-million dollar simplification programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or advanced certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI certification) is preferred.
