Richemont is hiring an SAP Authorizations Engineer in Meyrin, Switzerland. Join the IT security team to manage SAP GRC and role design.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role models across SAP ERP and S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Manage user provisioning and role assignment processes, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) compliance and timely access changes.
  • Operate and administer SAP GRC (Access Control) workflows, risk analytics, emergency access and remediation processes.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, BASIS, security and application teams to translate access requirements into resilient role designs.
  • Perform periodic access reviews, support internal and external audits, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Drive request-to‑deploy lifecycle for transport, testing and move to production, including documentation and change control.
  • Investigate and resolve authorization incidents, provide tier‑2/3 support and deliver end‑user guidance and training.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing SAP role concepts and performing SoD analysis.
  • Hands‑on administration of SAP GRC (Access Control) and experience with GRC workflows and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP security objects and tools (PFCG, SUIM) and user provisioning.
  • Ability to liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders and convey technical constraints to business audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous documentation and compliance orientation.
