Richemont is hiring a SAP Ariba Product Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal. Lead procurement system product definition and Ariba delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product analyst for SAP Ariba modules, defining functional requirements, product backlog and roadmap in partnership with procurement and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and configuration requirements; drive prioritisation and acceptance criteria for development sprints.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Ariba changes including solution design, integrations with ERP (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), testing (UAT), deployment and hypercare.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across procurement, finance, legal and regional teams to ensure alignment, change adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Run process discovery, gap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise source-to-pay workflows and supplier onboarding.
- Support vendor relationships for third-party Ariba services, oversee incident triage, problem resolution and performance monitoring of the procurement platform.
- Prepare user documentation, training materials and deliver change-management activities to ensure effective roll-out and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working with SAP Ariba or other e-procurement suites in a product, analyst or functional consultancy capacity.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, supplier lifecycle management and contract management within a multinational environment.
- Demonstrable experience specifying integrations with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) and supporting testing/UAT cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional, matrixed teams.
