Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud) used by retail, clienteling and wholesale teams.

- Manage user administration and access controls, including provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets and single sign-on troubleshooting.
- Perform configuration changes, declarative enhancements and data management tasks (imports/exports, Data Loader), following change-control processes.
- Coordinate with integration teams and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent) to diagnose and resolve interface and data-synchronisation issues.
- Execute test plans for platform releases, patches and configuration updates; maintain release notes and technical documentation.
- Produce operational reporting and support KPIs; recommend platform optimisation and scalability improvements.
- Deliver end-user training, create knowledge-base articles and liaise with business stakeholders to translate requirements into supportable solutions.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‑201) preferred; additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder or equivalent) advantageous.
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce in a multi-brand retail or CRM environment, with strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of identity/access management, data loading tools and change-control practices in production systems.
- Demonstrable stakeholder-management and communication skills, with ability to work across distributed business and IT teams.
- Fluency in ITIL-style incident and problem-management processes preferred.
