Richemont seeks a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer in Moscavide, Portugal to build client experience features on the Rendez-Vous platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure usability and quality of Rendez-Vous (RDV) features within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Collaborate with agile team members to understand, refine, and estimate technical requirements from the Product Owner
- Develop and implement new features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST integrations
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee code quality, performance, and adherence to security standards
- Produce reusable, scalable, and maintainable code that complies with industry best practices and Salesforce standards
- Identify and resolve bugs and defects through systematic testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain complete traceability of work through Jira ticketing and agile project management practices
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform (back-end and front-end)
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading or contributing to technical projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and authentication frameworks
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing REST integrations
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce administration fundamentals
- Experience with Experience Cloud (community portals or customer-facing applications)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodology with practical experience using Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent discipline
