Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the RDV development team to adhere to best practices, foster developer progression, and establish efficient working methodologies
- Propose and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and relevant programming frameworks
- Conduct technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions following coding best practices
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to extend out-of-the-box platform capabilities with a client-centric approach
- Guide the development team through successful setup and implementation, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
- Communicate and collaborate with architects, administrators, configuration experts, and stakeholders on status, risks, and technical issues
- Anticipate dependencies and potential regressions across the platform
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide continuous sprint updates on feature development
- Ensure functional and technical quality of developed features through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases
- Support production issue resolution and deliver quality solutions for reported bugs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience including back-end and front-end development
- Demonstrated experience with REST integrations
- Sound understanding of Salesforce security models
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration
- Proficiency in Apex, Java, and JavaScript or other relevant Salesforce programming languages
- Salesforce certifications including Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or relevant Super Badges
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products with ability to investigate and debug issues
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Strong command of Agile methodology with experience in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent proficiency in English

Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, including comprehensive back-end and front-end platform development, REST integrations, and exposure to Salesforce administration. Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams is valuable. Familiarity with test automation technologies and Agile ceremonies is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in software development and Salesforce platform specialization.
