Role & Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and design decisions for B2B/Wholesale digital solutions that serve group Maisons and retailers
• Craft high-quality, luxurious user experiences aligned with Salesforce best practices and out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities
• Partner with Business and Product Owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog using agile methodology
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria with business-driven focus, supported by comprehensive test cases
• Act as technical and functional intermediary between development teams in Lisbon and Geneva-based functional team members
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, iteration planning, showcases, and retrospectives
• Monitor, discover and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions to address complex business and technical requirements
• Champion Salesforce technology best practices and advise on customization trade-offs versus OOTB approaches

Qualifications

• Certification in one or more Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and relevant business analysis methods, or significant equivalent professional experience
• Salesforce.com certifications in areas such as B2B Commerce Cloud, Community, Sales Cloud, B2C Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with omnichannel-related use cases and retail or wholesale environments
• Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic, changing environments with self-starter mentality
• International experience with demonstrated adaptability to diverse cultural contexts
• Strong collaborative leadership capability with ability to deliver results through cross-functional teams

Skills

Experience

Master's degree in digital/web technology, computer science, or related field, or graduated from an engineering or business school. Significant professional experience in business analysis, preferably in B2B, wholesale, or omnichannel environments. Experience working with Salesforce implementations and platform development in multi-location, agile team settings.

Master's degree in Digital Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent advanced qualification
