Richemont seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for B2B wholesale operations in Moscavide. Lead CRM system design and optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements from B2B wholesale stakeholders to inform Salesforce configuration and customization
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to wholesale operations, supply chain workflows, and partner management
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities
- Test Salesforce functionality and enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives and wholesale operations standards
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to wholesale partners and internal users on Salesforce functionality
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to support scaling B2B operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent CRM systems role
- Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Sales Cloud and custom objects relevant to B2B wholesale
- Strong understanding of B2B wholesale business processes, supply chain management, and partner lifecycle workflows
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Skills
Experience
5+ years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, CRM implementation, or B2B wholesale technology roles, with demonstrated expertise in configuring Salesforce solutions for complex wholesale and partner management scenarios.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced technical and analytical capability.
