Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members, overseeing daily management, coaching, and contributing to recruitment and people development strategies
- Ensure compliance with all boutique policies and guidelines while managing client and sales tools
- Analyze boutique performance and support implementation of action plans to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and master sales processes adapted to individual client needs
- Manage client negotiations, represent Cartier at client events, and cultivate strong client relationships
