Richemont Sales Support Executive role in London. Provide administrative support and coordination to sales teams in luxury retail and wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and track sales orders and client requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales databases
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and client events
- Generate sales reports, analytics, and performance documentation
- Support sales team members with administrative tasks, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Liaise between sales, logistics, and finance departments to resolve operational issues
- Prepare sales materials, quotations, and proposals as required
