Richemont seeks a Sales Support Associate in Hong Kong to support boutique operations, client service and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to boutique sales teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day store functioning.
  • Manage order processing, client reservations and follow-up communications to uphold meticulous client service standards.
  • Maintain and reconcile stock records, assist with inventory counts and coordinate replenishment with merchandising teams.
  • Prepare sales and clienteling reports, analyse transactional data and escalate trends or discrepancies to management.
  • Support client events, private viewings and in-store appointments by coordinating logistics, documentation and guest lists.
  • Liaise with central teams (logistics, after-sales, CRM) to resolve customer queries and expedite case resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver conscientious administrative support in a retail or client-facing environment.
  • High level of organisational accuracy with experience handling order processing and inventory tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive client information.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and managing competing priorities.
