Richemont seeks a Sales Support Associate in Hong Kong to support boutique sales operations, client service and order management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to boutique sales teams, including order entry, invoicing follow-up and payments reconciliation.
  • Manage client dossiers and CRM records; ensure accurate updates and timely follow-up on enquiries, repairs and bespoke requests.
  • Coordinate stock movements, replenishment and transfers with warehouse and regional logistics to maintain boutique availability.
  • Prepare and package client deliveries, manage shipping/returns processes and liaise with couriers and after‑sales teams.
  • Support in-store sales activity during peak periods by preparing product presentations, reservation handling and client appointments.
  • Produce daily and weekly sales and inventory reports for store management; assist with basic sales forecasting and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with brand procedures, data protection and high standards of client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with regional HQ teams (merchandising, e‑commerce, after-sales) to resolve order or service exceptions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality or retail preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations or sales support; luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong numeracy and administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset with proven discretion handling high-value clientele.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced boutique environment and to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Experience
