Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clientele at the Buccellati counter within Umeda Hankyu, representing the maison’s aesthetic and values.
  • Proactively build and maintain a portfolio of clients through clienteling, follow‑up, and appointment management to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Present and demonstrate high‑jewellery pieces with detailed product knowledge, advising on provenance, materials, and care.
  • Achieve individual and counter sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and luxury brand KPIs.
  • Manage merchandising and visual presentation at the counter to ensure alignment with Buccellati’s brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, handle reservations and manage documentation for sales and after‑sales services.
  • Support stock control, incoming/outgoing inventory procedures, and loss‑prevention measures in coordination with store operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high‑jewellery, fine jewellery, or watches.
