Richemont seeks a Sales Representative in Mexico City to deliver boutique sales, clienteling and product expertise for its luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-boutique service and consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised follow-up and after-sales care.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across the maison’s assortment and present merchandise with accuracy and discretion.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate handling of boutique cash and documentation.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Manage stock integrity: receive goods, conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.
- Participate in private client events, trunk shows and other sales initiatives as required by the boutique.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service in a boutique setting.
- Professional presentation, discretion and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
- High school diploma required; tertiary education in business, hospitality or luxury retail is a plus.
