Maison Chloé seeks an Assistant Sales Merchandiser for Fashion Accessories in Paris. Support business performance through sales analysis, buying coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual sales analyses by region and product category
- Monitor key business indicators including sales, sell-through rate, and inventory coverage
- Participate in pre-buying sessions and develop core-offer strategy
- Prepare buying tools, attend showrooms, and collect regional feedback
- Support end-of-life product management and assortment optimization
- Assist with delivery tracking and boutique launch coordination
- Collaborate across Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, regional merchandising teams, and E-commerce departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a business, fashion, or engineering school (Bac+4 level)
- First professional experience in Merchandising or Operational Marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numerical data
- Acute product sensitivity and keen understanding of market trends
- Fluent English proficiency
