Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Store Manager in Paris to support Sales Director and lead retail team in luxury jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in client retention and commercial team development to optimize revenue and ensure store profitability
- Manage daily store operations with accountability for sales performance, commercial practices, and client experience in the absence of the Store Manager
- Oversee team development, training programs, and performance monitoring to drive commercial results
- Execute clienteling strategies and maintain client relationship initiatives
- Serve as ambassador of the Maison's values and heritage to clients and team members
- Participate in revenue development while upholding brand standards and omnichannel service practices
