Richemont is hiring a Sales Manager in Mexico City — lead boutique sales, clienteling and team performance for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs; set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain high-value client relationships through bespoke clienteling, VIP servicing and follow-up strategies to maximise lifetime value.
  • Implement brand retail standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and client experience, liaising with visual merchandising and regional teams.
  • Manage store operational activities including inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and point-of-sale processes.
  • Recruit, train and coach sales staff; design and deliver ongoing product, service and sales technique training to elevate team capability.
  • Produce regular sales and activity reports, analyse market and competitor trends, and recommend commercial initiatives to regional management.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, private client appointments and product launches in collaboration with marketing and CRM teams.
  • Oversee store budgeting, expense control and administrative compliance in line with maison and Richemont policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing a sales team in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills; adept at cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Sound organisational skills with experience in inventory and operational controls, staffing and scheduling.
  • Professional presence and understanding of luxury brand standards, visual merchandising and client experience best practice.

Experience
