Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage boutique team recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development in collaboration with the Boutique Director, ensuring strong talent pipeline and team engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day team management, coaching, and motivation across retail and Care Service functions, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity
  • Assist in performance and compensation management, conduct career development discussions, and implement training programs aligned with Maison values
  • Analyze boutique performance metrics and KPIs, develop diagnostic assessments, and implement action plans to achieve sales targets across categories and segments
  • Monitor boutique operations, back-office administration, expense management, and ensure timely execution of all reporting and compliance requirements
  • Implement and enforce group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines across all operational functions
  • Support client relationship management and VIP portfolio development initiatives, acting as Maison ambassador in building and nurturing premium client relationships
  • Monitor return on investment for CRM programs and client engagement initiatives
