Van Cleef & Arpels Sales Manager role in Beverly Hills, California—lead luxury sales teams, manage boutique operations, and drive client engagement for a prestigious high jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor
- Develop and implement client development strategies with new and existing clients, prospecting in the database to create long-term sales strategies that boost loyalty and sales volume
- Guide the team in achieving performance goals through coaching, feedback, and successful sales closures
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team and collaborating with the Boutique Director on client attraction, conversion, and retention strategies
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and elevate the boutique experience to drive sales growth
- Support the Boutique Director in guiding the team to uphold Van Cleef & Arpels standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining high operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong selling and closing skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Comfort with travel and strong networking abilities
- Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market (preferred)
