Richemont seeks a Sales Manager in Barcelona to lead boutique sales, drive KPIs and develop high-value client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Develop and execute commercial plans and in-store initiatives aligned with maison strategies and seasonal campaigns.
- Coach, recruit and develop sales consultants through structured training, performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Own clienteling and CRM activities to grow high-value client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Ensure impeccable customer service and brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising and store operations.
- Manage stock movements, replenishment and in-store merchandising in coordination with regional merchandising and supply teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and competitor/market feedback for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing retail sales teams within the luxury or premium segments, with demonstrable achievement against targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience in recruitment and performance management.
- Commercial acumen with experience in planning, reporting and KPI-driven sales management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional knowledge of Catalan is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, marketing or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity responsible for a sales team and store performance.
