Richemont Sales Manager position in Aventura—lead retail sales operations and drive luxury client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Mentor and train sales staff on product knowledge and luxury clienteling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation
