Richemont in Schaffhausen seeks a Sales Management Intern (100%) to support sales operations, reporting and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily commercial operations including order follow-up, price and delivery coordination and CRM updates.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor performance across channels and regions.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and sales forecasting to support monthly business reviews and commercial decision‑making.
  • Produce clear presentations and executive summaries for internal stakeholders (sales leadership, marketing, logistics).
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure alignment on promotions, stock movements and client commitments.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of sales events, launches and retailer meetings; take ownership of administrative project tasks.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or Luxury Management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data and produce actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; professional demeanour for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Experience
