Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in a boutique environment, delivering personalised service aligned with luxury standards.
- Support the sales team in clienteling activities: upkeep of CRM records, follow-ups and appointment management.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cashless payments with discretion.

- Interest in watches, jewellery or luxury goods; commercial curiosity and eagerness to learn product knowledge.
