Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients in a boutique environment, delivering personalised service aligned with luxury standards.
  • Support the sales team in clienteling activities: upkeep of CRM records, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cashless payments with discretion.
